Instructions for the Experiment.

The Kilimanjaro Experiment was developed for people who wanted a solution to waking with anxiety, and those who have poor sleep because of a busy mind. To help solve these problems I am proposing to run The Kilimanjaro Experiment again. I first ran this experiment over two years ago and the results were very impressive. The average improvement was about a 35% reduction in anxiety upon waking. Which was very good, given that we only ran the experiment for 7 nights.

The Kilimanjaro Experiment is a guided imagery EMDR audio that you listen to last thing at night, in bed, with headphones on. The audio was designed to deal with the neuro programs and processes that are still at work when you are asleep and hence unable to supress them.

I have provided you with a short questionnaire to measure your anxiety before you start the experiment. Ideally you will print 2 copies of this. I want you to complete one copy of the questionnaire, not score it, then put it away and don’t look at it. After 7 nights of using The Kilimanjaro Experiment, I want to you to complete the second copy of the questionnaire and then score them both and send me the results so I can analyse them.

You can listen to the audio as many times as you want to and certainly as many times as you need to on any night.
